You can be trading the right markets at the right time and have the perfect strategy, but if your emotions are messing with your decisions, you'll hesitate, cut short your profits and turn winners into losers.

You can have the fanciest computer, the best software and data feeds, and the lowest commissions on the planet, but none of that will make you money without solid emotional intelligence.
Unfortunately, most people that get into trading are not given much (if any) help on how to develop this critical skill. They're mostly shown how to get busy placing trades which actually works against them in terms of being able to trade and keep the emotions from causing problems.
You know what I'm talking about.

Fears, doubts and anxiety come storming in and make it really tough to keep your cool.
Even worse is wanting to get back at the markets for hurting you, or feeling the NEED to make that money back.

First of all, I started trading full-time back in 2004, so I do know what you're going through.
I've been able to identify the necessary actions for you and proper progression because my experience as a Mechanical Engineer and Certified Quality Engineer in manufacturing honed my talents in analyzing processes, and specifically in organizing operations that involve people.
