By purchasing, registering for, or accessing any product, program, or service from Inside Out Trading (“IOT”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you (“you” or “Client”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. General Terms of Use

1.1 All purchases made through Inside Out Trading are for individual, personal, and non-commercial use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

1.2 You agree not to reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or exploit any part of our content, materials, courses, or training sessions without prior written permission.

1.3 Access to any digital content may be revoked without refund if misuse, breach of these terms, or unauthorized sharing is discovered.

2. Educational and Risk Disclaimer

2.1 The content, tools, training, and strategies provided by Inside Out Trading are intended for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial or investment advice.

2.2 All information shared through our materials, coaching, or communication is designed to support your personal trading development and decision-making.

2.3 Trading and investing involve inherent risk. You acknowledge that past performance does not guarantee future results, and any trading decisions made are done at your own risk.

3. Liability Waiver

3.1 By participating in any product, service, coaching session, or course, you acknowledge and agree:
                        -You are solely responsible for your trading choices and financial outcomes.

                         -Inside Out Trading, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special,                                consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the information, tools, or strategies we provide.

3.2 You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Inside Out Trading from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action related to your participation in our offerings. 

3.3 This waiver applies to all current and future interactions, purchases, and communications between you and Inside Out Trading.

4. Marketing Permissions and Use of Client Materials

4.1 By enrolling in a program or making a purchase, you grant Inside Out Trading the right to:
                        
                         -Use your feedback, testimonials, reviews, or success stories (written, video, or audio) for marketing or promotional                                                        purposes. 

                         -Anonymize or redact identifying information unless explicit permission is provided to share your name or likeness.

4.2 You understand that we may use screenshots, quotes, video clips, or performance stats you voluntarily submit via forms, email, calls, or messages for promotional purposes.

4.3 No private financial details or sensitive personal information will ever be shared publicly without your written permission.

4.4 You may withdraw your permission at any time by submitting a written request to support@insideouttrading.com. We will honor removal requests within 14 business days.

5. Refunds & Cancellation Policy

5.1 All sales are considered final and non-refundable unless a product explicitly states otherwise in its individual terms.

5.2 If a refund is approved, it may be subject to a processing fee and will be returned via the original payment method.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

6.1 All training material, downloadable resources, video/audio files, course portals, and related documentation are the intellectual property of Inside Out Trading.

6.2 You may not reproduce, modify, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material in whole or in part without express written consent.

6.3 Use of our branding, likeness, logo, name, or visual assets is strictly prohibited unless permitted in writing.

7. Governing Law
7.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida, USA.

7.2 If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8. Agreement to Terms
By completing your purchase, enrolling in a program, or accessing our resources, you acknowledge that:
                     
                            -You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
                            -You agree to abide by all outlined terms, including the waiver of liability and marketing permissions.

Disclaimer:
