Refund Policy

When you buy a course of mine, we are entering into the agreement that you are paying for my experience, knowledge, time and effort, the stuff that goes into the course, so that you can put it to use and improve your life through improving your trading.  My end of the deal is that my course will indeed produce the outcome you seek.

And my courses DO work.

If you get a course and apply it and for whatever reason it just doesn’t work for you (which is RARE, only about 1% of the time, but it does occasionally happen), I am perfectly fine with giving you a refund.

All I ask is that you demonstrate that you did indeed put it to use and that it did not produce the results promised.

This seems reasonable, because if you buy and don’t have the commitment to do anything with it, then ask for a refund, you’ve wasted everyone’s time – and there’s no point in that.

If you have a question about the product / course as to whether it is a fit for your needs, email me BEFORE you purchase.  If you buy and don’t do anything with it, then it’s on you and you are responsible for your own inaction.

If you’re going to get something, you really might as well put it to use and get the benefit.  All I’m saying is, let’s agree on that up front:  get the course, use it, get the benefit.  If for some reason, it doesn’t work for you, then you get your money back.

For live coaching, you are paying for my time, experience, expertise and my personal attention and interaction.  Just like with any other professional services, there are no refunds.   All sales are final.
