Trading Psychology – Trouble Sticking To Your Trading System?

Do you find that sometimes you have trouble sticking to your system?

If so, then you are not alone, and believe it or not, it probably isn’t your fault either.

Many traders blame themselves for not being disciplined enough, when in truth the problem exists elsewhere.

One such finding is certainly not what most expect.

Is it possible that you are trying to trade without a real system?

No, I’m not being sarcastic or funny.

So many traders come to me looking for help with their confidence or discipline, just wanting to be able to stick to their system.

But what we find rather quickly is that they don’t really have a system.

They have a strategy (sometimes, not all the time). They have an idea for a system.

But they don’t really have a trading system.

“How can this be?” you ask.

The BIG problem

You may have a very sound strategy, but…

…if your system, your step-by-step guide for identifying and executing trades is lacking, then you WILL have difficulty trading it.

Over the last several years, I’ve had traders coming to me for help with their confidence, discipline, hesitation and other issues.

About 98% of the time, we found that they had issues with their system.

The cool thing is, that once their system was fixed, the other issues were relatively easy to address.

If you are having trouble sticking to your system, it is VERY likely that your system is lacking the necessary qualities to make it comfortably “trade-able”.

No amount of forced discipline will fix a broken system either. The problem will just continue until you address the root cause.

If you’re ready to end the cycle of stress, anxiety and beating yourself up for not being disciplined as you should, there is a very sensible and simple solution.

Address your trading system deficiencies, and discover how much easier it is to execute.

Use this simple 3-step process to make your system easy to stick to
